We only sell to customers of the United States with the exceptions of the states of California, Illinois, New York, Washington or Washington D.C.. All laws of the ATF will be strictly adhered. Do not try to purchase an item known illegal in your area. The order will be canceled and your money, not including banking and credit card fees, (minimum $25) will be refunded. See our Shipping and Restrictions page for details about your state.
All orders ship for $9.95 with a few exceptions noted on the listings for those individual parts. In order to keep our shipping costs low, we will determine best shipping supplier based on the order. Orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex.
We strive to ship all orders on the next business day after payment is received. Our normal business days for shipping are Tuesday thru Friday excluding all major holidays.
Refunds or Exchanges
We sell a lot of hard-to-find irreplaceable parts. Unfortunately, those parts are sold AS-IS with no exchanges or refunds allowed. Pictures can vary from item received on items with multiple quantities. If you have any questions, contact us first.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, you must first contact us by phone or email. DO NOT just ship a product back to us expecting a refund or exchange, it can still be denied or lost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for an exchange, the exchanged item will be shipped on our next business day.
If you are approved for a refund. It will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you were approved for a refund but have not received it after ten business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, we will provide the address when you call or email.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting the privacy & security of our customers. We will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise provide customers names, mailing address, or emailing addresses to others. All information is considered private & confidential.
